Enter the NSU campus at Gate 8 which is located on the back side of the University by Joe Echols Hall.  Tell the guard you are there for MCJR Week.  The guard will then give you a parking pass.  Proceed to the parking lot located behind the police station.  This is the old Norfolk Community Hospital parking lot next to Scott Dozier Dining Hall facing Corprew Avenue.   Be sure to park in the correct lot (see parking pass) so you don’t get a ticket.

All activities will be held in the New Student Union Building Room, 149 which is located to your right if you’re walking towards the Mass Communications building.    But, you are more than welcome to make your way over to the Mass Communications and Journalism Office located in Madison Hall, room 146.  Many of you would know this is as the old radio station building.

Speaking of the radio station, Hot 91.1 FM can be found in the Spartan Station.  Make your way over to check out the state of the art facility that’s giving 103 Jamz a run for its money.   You can listen to us live everyday, all day on our new site.

The Spartan Echo is located in the New Student Union Building on the third floor, room 344.   Stay abreast of what’s going on at NSU with the Spartan Echo online.

Last, but not least, you’ll find the television studio over in Bowser Hall, room 117.

We encourage you to tour all of the MCJR facilities while you’re here.  We look forward to seeing you.
